TourGuide Speakers provides a free, browser-based audio streaming tool that allows tour guides to broadcast live audio to their clients’ mobile devices. The Service is offered “as is” and “as available,” without requiring users to create an account or provide personal information.

3. No Warranties or Guarantees

The Service is provided without any warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• No guarantee of audio quality or connectivity
• No guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations

4. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourGuide Speakers is not liable for any damages arising from:

If you are dissatisfied with the Service, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

6. Real-Time Audio Streaming

The Service provides live audio only. TourGuide Speakers does not record, store, analyze, or associate audio with any user. All audio is transmitted in real time using encrypted WebRTC technology.

The Service may rely on third-party technologies such as Google Analytics, hosting providers, and WebRTC infrastructure. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any impact this may have on your tours or clients.
